Casallco's list of international successes is getting longer and longer: under Philip Rüping he won the Grand Prix of Opglabbeek/BEL, was second in the Grand Prix of Paderborn, fourth in the Grand Prix of Riesenbeck and placed top in the Grand Prix of Redefin, Lastrup and Lanaken/ BEL. He also went double clear in the Nations Cup in Drammen/NOR. Casallco started his career as OS reserve winner, Ib main premium winner, HLP ideal jumper (three times the dream mark 10) and Bundeschampionat qualifier.

Casallco's offspring emulate him, above all the Oldenburg and Vice-Deister show-jumping champion Casa Lady Love PS/Lennard Runge (6y.), the Hanoverian Vice-show-jumping champion and winner of youngsters at the CSI Paderborn, Cosima/Harm Wiebusch (6y. ), who came seventh at the Bundeschampionat and sold via the PSI auction Casallbertin PS/Patrick Stühlmeyer, the Vice Deister Show Jumping Champion Cajulio and Conny Blue PS, who placed third. Cristo/Hergen Forkert, Caskkato TW/Scott Dollemore/GBR and Cajulio/Simon Nizri/MEX are already on the road internationally. The licensed sons include our serial winner in show jumping ability tests and reserve winner of the performance test, Casalou PS/Eiken Sato/JPN and Jana Fink, and the OS champion stallion, winner of the performance test and successful in the international youngster tour Cavoiro – H OLD/Tobias Meyer.

The Casallco daughter St.Pr.St. Casalena became the second reserve champion mare at the Westphalian elite show. Also highly rated on the 1c rank: Caramba.With Casall, Contender, Carthago and Calypso II, Casallco combines the outstanding peaks of Holstein breeding in his pedigree. In addition, he moved in with the founder of the line, Cor de la Bryère, four times.His father, Casall, was one of the absolute top earners with prize money of around 4.2 million euros. Ridden by Rolf-Göran Bengtsson/SWE, the son of the great Caretino won the overall Global Champions Tour ranking, the World Cup final in Leipzig and the European Championship team bronze.

In the top classes, he often competed with his no less successful offspring, which catapulted him into the top ten of the world's best show jumping sires according to the WBFSH for the first time in 2015. Among his more than 80 licensed stallions are the two Holstein champion stallions Cadilo and Casaltino as well as the reserve winners Catch it and Cascadello I, the latter of which was auctioned for a record price of 600,000 euros. The dam Zelda IV is a full sister to the internationally placed Chocoprince and a half sister to the World Championships for show jumping finalist Chasseur Ask Z (by Casall).

The dam's sire Contender sired numerous internationally highly successful show jumpers. Their prize money totaled over eleven million euros in Germany alone.The granddam Marli is a full sister to the licensed stallions Creve Coeur and Chippendale, who was successful in jumps up to 1.40 meters.Carthago in the third generation took part in the Olympic Games in Atlanta/USA and Sydney/AUS with Jos Lansink/BEL.

He also won the Nations Cups of Aachen, Rotterdam/NED and La Baule/FRA and is considered one of the most influential sons of Capitol I in terms of breeding.In the fourth generation, the formative Contender father Calypso II appears a second time, followed by the charismatic Vornholzer Ramiro son Rio Negro.

Casallco represents the Holstein line 8798. This is originally of Hanoverian origin: the licensed stallions Hemmingway, Le Filou I and II and the internationally successful show jumpers Charly Brown/Uwe Volmer and Marc Bettinger as well as Quenaro also come from it.Victories and placements in Grand Prix and Nations Cups.

Chacfly PS's incredible capability on the course is clear when looking at the magnitude of his performance pedigree. It is complete with sire Chacco Blue and Sir Shutterfly as dam sire, as well as, Contender blood. Chacfly's incredible capacities on the course is clearly sketched out in his extraordinary performance pedigree. He himself has already been successful in international show jumping competitions up to 1* Grand Prix level in Lier/BEL and Kronenberg/NED.

Chacfly began his career as record winner of his stallion performance test with 9.49: In no less than six individual criteria (ability, manner and overall impression), he received the maximum score of 10 as well as 9.5 for rideability. He was then awarded the coveted Stakkato Prize by the Hanoverian Verband. In Vechta, he also received the Oldenburg Ib main premium for the outstanding quality of his first crop of foals. In 2016, Chacfly PS won the bronze medal at the Hanoverian Championships (4 y.o.) in Verden. He has won a number of competitions for young show jumpers, including twelve victories in the 2018 season, ridden by Patrick Stühlmeyer. He also won the qualifier for the German Championships in Klein Roscharden with a score of 8.8.

His sire Chacco-Blue was third in the Grand Prix in Aachen, won the Grand Prix in Neumünster, has sired many internationally successful show jumping horses and was himself victorious in International Grand Prix's. Since 2015, he has been among the top ten of the world's best show jumping sires and since 2017, has led the ranking of the WBFSH. His most successful offspring include the Vice European Champion and Global Champions Tour winner Explosion W/Ben Maher/GBR and Grand Prix winner Chacna/Enrique Gonzalez/MEX. The latter was one of eight of Chacco-Blue’s offspring who took part in the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon/USA. In 2017, Chaqui Z/Shane Sweetnam/IRL won team gold at the European Championships in Gothenburg/SWE. Almost 50 of his sons have been licensed.

The dam’s sire Sir Shutterfly is the full brother of prize-money multi-millionaire Shutterfly, who competed with Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum. He is also the half-brother of the internationally successful show jumpers Let’s Fly/Rodrigo Pessoa/BRA and Remedi D/Marco Kutscher.

In the third generation appears Dobel’s Cento, team Olympic gold medallist in Sydney/AUS and team Olympic bronze medallist in Athens/GRE, team European gold medallist in Donaueschingen and team European bronze medallist in Arnhem/NED as well as Champion of the World Cup in Leipzig with Otto Becker.

Chacfly represents the Holsteiner line 5819 that produced, amongst others, the licensed Casino, Landioso, Le Coeur, and Comme Ci Comme. Grey Top has five crosses of Cor de la Bryère, four of Ramzes aa, three of Ladykiller xx, two of Gotthard, one of Capitol, and even one cross of the great Selle Français, Almé.

The offspring from Chacoon Blue’s first crop of foals, such as Crystal Blue, Tailormade Chacoon Star, Charlie M, Chacoon Fly PS, Chacoothargos PS and Chacoolou, immediately won young horse competitions. With Hann.Pr.A. Charlize, he produced the show jumping Champion Mare of the Herwart von der Decken show in Verden. At the same place, Carnegie (dam by Balou du Rouet) was also premium stallion of the Hanoverian licensing. In total, he has produced nine licensed stallions. At the PS Online Auctions, Chacoon Blue’s sons Chaclago PS (sold for 71,000 Euros), Chaccon’s Fly PS (sold for 85,000 Euros to the sponsors of Olympic Eventing Champion Sandra Auffarth) and Chathargos PS (sold for 66,000 Euros) were highly sought after.

Chacoon Blue has achieved, with his rider Philip Rüping, several top placings in the World Ranking List show jumping competitions of Kronenberg/NED, Lanaken/BEL and Oldenburg/GER against strong competition, having previously been placed in the Youngster Tours of Munich, Neumünster, Paderborn and Opglabeek/NED.

Chacoon Blue already demonstrated his unlimited abilities in 2014 at his stallion performance test in Schlieckau, which he completed with a grandiose final score of 9.4 with a focus on jumping. For loose jumping and ability at the jump, he received the perfect score of 10. In 2015, he was placed in the German Championship final (6 y.o.) after winning the Deister Championship in Dobrock. In 2016, after his first successes in the international Youngster Tour, he won silver at the Warendorf Youngster Championships (7 y.o.), very close behind the champion. Once again his fantastic bascule, his clean technique and his exemplary rideability impressed the audience.

His sire is the elite stallion Chacco-Blue. The son of the Holstein stallion Chambertin out of a Contender-Godavari xx dam and inbred to the line founder Cor de la Bryère, was third in the Grand Prix in Aachen and won the Grand Prix in Neumünster. In 2015, the successes of his offspring placed him amongst the top ten of the world’s best show jumpers for the first time. Since 2017, he has led the ranking of the world breeding federation WBFSH. His dam Cindina is the half-sister of the licensed stallion Charity (by Caretano). Her half-sister Widouet (by Baloubet du Rouet) produced the internationally successful Winbishi Coloudina (by Cafe au Lait). Her half-sister Chaccodina (by Chacco-Blue), who was successful in 1.40m show jumping competitions, produced Eurostar I (by Diarado), who was sold at the P.S.I. auction and licensed in Australia.

The Oldenburg dam’s sire, Cartoon, who was the result of the performance combination of Carthago and Continue, was also very successful. Even though he was only sparsely used in breeding, he has produced numerous internationally successful horses, such as Cabanus/Emil Hallundbaek/DEN, Townhead Campus, Cancoon and Cargoldo.

With Domino, Winston, Almhügel III and Agram, the pedigree continues with an excellent performance guarantee.

The great-great-grand dam Akelei Z is a full sister of the team Olympic Champion Askan/Gerd Wiltfang. Through her, the line leads to the important Hanoverian mare family of Agenda, from which descend over 30 licensed stallions, as well as several internationally successful show jumpers, including Don Ramiro/Hugo Simon/AUT, Gavi/Helena Stormans/GBR, Status FRH/Rodrigo Oessoa/BRA, Let’s talk about/Gerardus Krijnen/NED and the Derby winner Professional Aircare/Christian Glienewinkel.

Record stallion performance test win with two 10s. With an outstanding stallion performance test victory in Adelheidsdorf, our premium stallion Diablue PS put another exclamation mark behind his future potential. The judges gave a 10 for scope and willingness to perform. The manner, rideability, overall impression and temperament were marked 9.5. Diablue PS also received 9.75 for his character. With an overall score of 9.29, he clearly took the lead of the 35 candidates.

We are now eagerly awaiting his first crop of foals.

Diablue PS is the first licensed son of our double German Champion Diaron, who is still in the fast lane in sport and was placed with Patrick Stühlmeyer in the Youngster Tours of Leipzig/GER, Verden/GER, Neumünster/GER, Zandhoven/BEL and Opglabbeek/BEL. And he almost succeeded in winning a third title at the German Championships.

His dam Stakkariella, sold for 2.4 million Euros at the P.S.I. auction to customers in the USA in 2017, won numerous intermediate (M) level competitions for young horses with Patrick Stühlmeyer, competed successfully at the World Championships for young horses in Lanaken/BEL and was placed at the 2019 German Championships in Warendorf. She is the full sister of the licensed stallion Stakkato Blue, the internationally successful Stariallo Blue PS/Irma Karlsson/SWE and of the show jumping World Cup finalist Storiall Blue/Lorcan Gallagher/IRL, who was placed in 1.45m international show jumping competitions.

His dam's sire Stakkato, record German Champion with Eva Bitter in 1998, German Champion in Gera in 2003 and in Münster in 2010, dominated the FN breeding valuation for eleven years. In 2007, he was named "Hanoverian Stallion of the Year". Over 70 of his sons have been licensed and around 140 of his daughters are State Premium. Stakkato also appears on the dam's sire side of Colestus/Christian Kukuk and Ludger Beerbaum, Firth of Lorne and Singular LS La Silla/both Marcus Ehning as well as Perigueux/Eva Bitter.

In the third generation appears the leader of the WBFSH ranking of the best show jumping stallions in the world, Chacco-Blue, who came third in Aachen.

The direct son of Cor de la Bryère, Coriall follows in his pedigree. He was successful in sport and, from a short time standing at stud in Holstein, produced several top horses, such as Candy/Alois Pollmann-Schweckhorst, who came ninth in the World Cup. With Continue and Frühlingsball, the pedigree of Diablue PS is complete.

The licensed stallions Almritter, Alphorn I and II, Asco, Firnhang, Freudentraum, Lützow, Pandero as well as the internationally successful horses Poker/Otto Becker and Riamo/Franke Sloothaak descend from the Westphalian line of Herta von Nienberge.

In the almost 40 years of history, the German Championships for young show jumpers, Diaron is the second stallion to acheive double-gold. After winning the 5yo final in 2017, Diaron came back in 2018 to win the 6yo final. Diaron proved that he no only jumps well and with ideal manner, but he is also extremely fast and agile. He is described as a quick jumper from the ground up and very careful. He has a strong technique and is of the blood type. Diaron received a 9.5 in both rounds under-saddle of Patrick Stuehlmeyer for owner Paul Schockemoehle. In 2018, Diaron was voted VTV Champion for his outstanding performance as at the time he was the only stallion to win the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf twice in a row.

Diaron is by Diarado who is a highly popular stallion for jumping and eventing breeders.

Diarado won several show jumping classes; in 2010 he won the Bundeschampionat qualifier with a score of 9.3 and he won bronze in the final. Diarado has placed in advanced level and was third in the CSI3* Grand Prix at Dobrock. Diarado offspring are proving his worth as a show jumping and eventing sire.

About & Performance

Donthargos was thought of as the free jumping sensation at the oldenburg licensing in 2019. He was awarded the title of a premium stallion and was praised for his quick reflexes and athletic scope. His sire Don Diarado won the bronze team medal at the 2018 World Championships and his damline consists of stallions competing at top level as well as top producers including Conthargos. Donthargos has sparked a lot of interest in both the sporting and breeding world, with his exceptional technique and performance ability he is one to look out for in the future.

Don Diarado is currently performing at top level with rider Maurice Tebbel and has recently been added to the shortlist for the German Team for this years Olympic Games in Tokyo. In 2019 he competed in the Longines Nation's Cup Final. In 2018 he showed off his talents in the USA individual qualifiers at 1.55m, as well as in the 5* Grand Prix in France. His grandsire Diarado is in the top 10 WBFSH rankings for 2019 for eventers and also the top 20 for jumping.

Damline

His dam Carla is the daughter of the top stallion Conthargos who is one of the leading sires in modern day breeding. His second dam Heika is the daughter of Lordanus with lines which go back to Heideland who produced a number of international showjumpers such as the approved stallion Cyber Boy and the 1.55m Showjumper Commander.

“Numero Uno” is an unstoppable sire. His sons from his first year at stud, Tamino and Tyson, are on the Dutch A-team (Tamino was ranked at the top of the WBFSH jumper rankings in 2013). And even though his oldest offspring are only eleven, they boast a series of noteworthy achievements at the highest level. Numero Uno offspring occupy the stalls of many top facilities all over the world, a fact which makes the sire a worthy ambassador of KWPN horses. In early February, this outstanding Libero H-son was awarded the preferent predicate for for excellence as a sire, just three years after being crowned keur.

From his first years at stud, he boasts 65 FEI-registered offspring which compete at the international level. In addition, he is unique in his ability to make a distinct mark in breeding with his outstanding offspring which possess good reflexes, abundant scope, and a very willing attitude. (In 2014, seven of his sons were invited to the second round of the KWPN licensing. Horses International reports, "Of the seven invited Numero Uno sons, the extra appealing ones are the youthful 184 (ds. Vingino) who showed power on the jump and completed his jump well, 185 (ds.Cavalier) – a full brother of Voila – who is powerful and a quick front leg and the youthful 191 (ds. Voltaire) impressed with his nice model and showed some variable, but also some very good jumps.")

Born on April 25, 1995 to Martien van Deursen of De Rips, Numero Uno was the youngest stallion in ten years to receive the KWPN preferent predicate.

A Stallion with Distinct Traits The traits that Numero Uno demonstrated as a three-year-old in the performance test are also evident in his offspring. In the 1998 fall performance test, Numero Uno was described as an honest, reliable, and willing stallion. He demonstrated a powerful, very balanced, and elastic canter, with good collection. In his jumping evaluation, he was quick off the ground, demonstrating abundant push and clearing the jumps well. He also was very careful, and he showed abundant scope.

Numero Uno shares many similarities with his phenomenal sire Libero H, who made history when he won the 1994 World Cup final and proved to be a sire of exceptional caliber. Libero H's outstanding traits, particularly his conformation and movement, are passed on by Numero Uno. His dam Jolanda, who comes out of the small but strong Holsteiner-line 429, combines two great sires in her pedigree: Lord Calando and Ahorn Z. Jolanda, like the Olympic showjumping stallion Lux, descends from Lord Calando.

Numero Uno's granddam Feinschnit (Ahorn hann) produced, in combination with Gondelier, the national showjumping horse, Kapitol, who as a five-year-old gave an excellent performance in the world championships for young horses at Lanaken. The dam line continues via the well known stallion Farnese to the mare Fernsicht (Ladykiller xx), who is a full sister to the reputable stallion Lorenz. This famous Holstein lineage, which is registered under number 429, also produced the stallions Aldato (Anblick xx), Heidelberg (Ladykiller xx) and Benedictus (Benvenuto xx).

With jumping talent in his genes, Numero Uno proved himself in the sport under several riders. With Marco Kutscher, he competed in international show jumping through the 1.50m level. "Under Marco, Numero Uno placed in the top three internationally about 25 times. He had a wonderful attitude and always wanted to go clear. He inherited those qualities from his sire Libero! Those kinds of horses don't want to make any mistakes, and world-class sport demands that kind of attitude," explains Daan Horn of De Wiemselbach Stud Farm, to whom the stallion is registered."

In addition to the outstanding successes of this great stallion mentioned in this 2011 article, Numero Uno can also boast having sired the 2012 Olympic team silver medalist, Sterrehof's Tamino, ridden to two clear rounds in London by Marc Houtzager of the Netherlands. Tamino and Marc then went on to place 9th individually. Leading up to the Olympic Games, Tamino was a member of the 2012 Dutch Nations Cup Team in Aachen after having won the Grand Prix of Rotterdam. They rode along side another Numero Uno son in Aachen, Tyson, who was a member of the same Dutch Nations Cup team under Leon Thijssen. Tyson and Leon won the 2012 Nations Cup in St. Gallen and were second in the Nations Cup in La Baule.
